Instructional Delivery

The purpose of this standard is to use different instructional strategies to meet individual learning needs (VDOE, 2011). There are always going to be a mixture of  students in a classroom who will have different learning needs and preferences. It is crucial for a teacher to collaborate their needs and develop a lesson that is effective for everyone.

I demonstrate this standard by:

a) Engaging and maintaining students in active learning.

b)  Using instructional technology to enhance student learning.

A student solving a problem on the smart board while other students solve it on paper and make sure that he is doing it the right way.
Using active inspire to provide instructions

c) using a variety of effective instructional strategies and resources.

Canva is a great tool that I have used to create any sort of document including images, logos, and much more. With IXL, students can practice their skills anytime they want to. It is easy to use and keeps the record of the student learning.
